**Restaurant & Liquor Charge Accounts**

**To Order**

- **Half Shell**, **Zoe’s**, **Domino’s**, and **University Wine Shop**: state (on the phone or in person) your name and that you are a Harvard University GSAS Resident Advisor.
- **Issues**: Remind vendors they have an official letter with RA names and landline numbers and Harvard’s Tax Exemption number. Please then refer them to Lindsay: 617-495-5060 or <gsasreslife@fas.harvard.edu>.

**Tipping**

- **Half Shell:** ask for tip to be added to the order when you place the order.
- **Dominos** and **Zoe’s**: you can add tip to the receipt when the food is delivered.
- Do NOT pay tip with cash.

**REMEMBER**

- You should NOT be charged tax. Harvard Tax Exemption Number: E 342-878-208.
- NEVER pay with your own money.
- Return receipt/ order slip and Expense Form to Lindsay within 3 days of purchase!
